I don’t remember reading anything as cogent and as interesting as your Investor Bond Forum. On a separate matter, does North Carolina tax bonds from other states?

Currently, North Carolina taxes all interest earned by its residents from bonds issued by other states. We are awaiting a ruling from the North Carolina Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of this tax.
